My affiliate disclosure
I’m Cody, and this is my Airbnb mentoring site. Transparency is hard to come by on the internet so I’ll outline how this site makes money to keep it online and compensate me for my time. In addition to the services I provide, some of my posts contain affiliate links so you can purchase the same products that I personally use when hosting my guests.
What is an affiliate link?
An affiliate link is a referral link on the internet that most informational websites use to monetize their original content. Let’s say I use an IglooHome digital lockbox on one of my listings (I actually do) and I want to share it with you. I’ll use an affiliate link like this to show where you can buy it on Amazon.
If you chose to purchase it within 24 hours of clicking the link, I get a small commission for referring you. There is no additional cost to you and I can keep this site less reliant on ads (there are none now). I’d rather go braindead than shamelessly promote something that I wouldn’t use myself.
Can I opt out?
Sure thing! If you’d prefer not to support this website though affiliate links, simply clear the cache and cookies on your web browser prior to viewing anything else and enjoy your day.
